摘要:

在分析影响炼焦耗热量因素的基础上,针对焦炉生产实际,通过适当降低焦饼中心温度、优化流量变送器引压管路、适当降低焦炉空间温度、加强炉体维护等,显著地降低了焦炉的耗热量,为老龄化焦炉节能降耗提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

According to analysis of the factors influencing heat consumption for cokemaking and based on actual production,measures are taken,such as appropriately lowering coke cake central temperature,optimizing flow transmitter pressure piping,lowering free space temperature and enhancing oven refractory maintenance,etc.,which remarkably reduce the heat consumption for cokemaking and propose experience and reference for energy saving and consumption reducing of aging batteries.
