摘要:

宝钢一期焦炉采用半干法旋转喷雾(SDA)脱硫工艺脱除烟气中的SO2,脱硫装置由旋转喷雾脱硫塔及布袋除尘器组成,脱硫后烟气中SO2浓度不高于30 mg/m3。总结了焦炉烟气存在的超标排放风险以及解决途径。

Abstract:

In coking project (Phase I) of Baosteel, the SDA deSOx process is used to remove SO2 in the emission.The deSOx system is composed of spray scrubber and bagfilters.After purification, the concentration of SO2 in the emission is not higher than 30 mg/m3.This paper summarizes the potential risks in case of off-specification emission from coke oven, and gives the solutions.
