不同气煤的煤质及结焦性能差异研究

摘要:

对不同矿点气煤的煤质指标进行分析,比较G值、Y值相近的气煤间煤质差异,并进行配煤炼焦试验,研究气煤在配煤炼焦性能上的差异。研究结果表明,对焦炭热强度影响最大的因素是煤的煤岩反射率、流动度对数值以及流动度的塑性区间。对于胶质体含量丰富并具有一定流动性、煤岩反射率高的气煤,在配煤炼焦中可适当提高其配用比例。

Abstract:

Properties of gas coal from different coal mines are analyzed by comparing the coal qualities of similar value G and Y.Coal blending test for cokemaking is conducted to study the differences in coke properties produced from gas coal.The result shows that coal vitrinite reflectance,logarithm of fluidity degree and plastic zone of fluidity play a dominant role in hot strength of coke.Since the gas coal has high plastic mass,good fluidity and high reflectance,it can appropriately be increased during coal blending.
