摘要:

提出一种适合于PLC算法的过热蒸汽流量补正方法,其原理是采用多项式曲面拟合算法对过热蒸汽标准密度表进行拟合,并转换成基于PLC编程表达算法的拟合公式,以求取得更精确的拟合效果。实际测试表明,该算法的拟合精度比传统的经验公式法更高,适用范围宽,且表达式形式更为简单,适合PLC编程,有较好的实用性,该算法已经在多个工程项目运行,取得较好的计量效果。

Abstract:

A method of superheated steam flow calibration suitable for PLC program algorithm is proposed in this paper.Its principle is to make a fitting for the superheated steam density table by polynomial surface fitting algorithm and to convert it into a fitting formula based on PLC programming so as to obtain a more precise fitting.The test result shows that this method has higher precision,wider range of application,and much simpler in expression,suitable for PLC programming compared with the conventional empirical method.It has been adopted for several projects with satisfactory results.
