不同流动度与膨胀度的1/3焦煤的比较研究

摘要:

比较了河南和山东地区1/3焦煤,分析得出,河南A矿的配入有利于调节配合煤的流动性、膨胀性,其粗粒镶嵌结构远高于山东B矿;B矿1/3焦煤单种煤成焦显微结构中以细粒镶嵌结构为主,较多配入会劣化焦炭质量;黏结指数、最大胶质层厚度指标相近的炼焦煤,流动性、膨胀度较优的炼焦煤更有利于焦炭质量的改善。

Abstract:

The 1/3 coking coals from Henan and Shandong are analyzed and compared.The result shows that blending of Henan A mine is good for the fluidity and dilatation,and the coarse mosaic texture is much more than Shandong B mine.The coking microstructure of single coal of 1/3 coking coal in B mineral is mainly fine mosaic structure.Higher blending ratio of it will worsen the coke quality.For the coking coal with similar caking index and maximum thickness of plastic layer,that with better fluidity and dilatation properties is good for the improvement of coke quality.
