低温煤焦油组分分离及分析

摘要:

对内蒙低温煤焦油进行高效精馏,采用酸碱溶液萃取的方法将馏分油分离为酚油、中性油组分。利用GC-MS技术对酚油、中性油的化学组成和结构进行定性、定量分析。结果表明,低温煤焦油馏分油中,酚油中检测出质量分数大于0.1%的化合物共40种,大部分为苯酚、烷基酚及萘酚。中性油检测出质量分数大于0.1%的化合物共104种,主要由烯烃、烷烃、萘等化合物组成。

Abstract:

The low temperature coal tar from Inner Mongolia was distillated effectively,and the distillate oil was separated to phenol oil and neutral oil through acid-base solution extraction.The chemical composition and structure of phenol oil and neutral oil were analyzed in a quantitative and qualitative way by GC-MS technology.The result shows that there are 40 kinds of compounds with mass fraction more than 0.1% in the phenol oil,mostly of which are phenol,alkyl phenol and naphthol; there are 104 kinds of compounds with mass fraction more than 0.1% in the neutral oil,mostly of which are alkene,alkane and naphthalene,etc..
