Abstract:

This paper introduces heat pump distillation technology for coal water, which uses absorption heat pump to recover the waste heat of ammonia vapor at top of ammonia stripper with circulating hot water as the carrier,and the circulating hot water heats the waste water from bottom of ammonia stripper through reboiler; the generated low\|pressure saturated steam returns to bottom of ammonia stripper to supply heat,which has reduced the energy consumption of ammonia stripping.
