摘要:

针对配煤比变更后导致的推焦电流波动,分析配煤结构对捣固焦炉推焦电流的影响。在当前加热制度下,要保证推焦电流稳定,配合煤应按如下指标控制:挥发分≤26.1,黏结指数≥66.9,煤饼收缩度≥7mm。

Abstract:

Regarding to the pushing current fluctuation along with the change of coal blending ratio,influence of coal blending structure to pushing current of stamp-charging coke oven is studied.Under the present heating system,to ensure stable pushing current,the blending coal should be controlled as follows:volatile matter ≤26.1,caking index ≥66.9,and shrinkage of coal cake ≥7mm.
