西钢焦化低温余热蒸汽回收利用

摘要:

将制冷工艺应用到焦炉煤气冷却器下段低温用水,变开路循环为闭路循环,水温降低10~15℃,满足了工艺需求。通过调试和投入运行,制冷水量达到200m3/h,年减排二氧化碳12 000t,回收蒸汽69 120t,节约水耗140万m3,节能减排效果显著。

Abstract:

Refrigeration process is applied to the chilled water at the lower stage of COG cooler,and open cycle is switched to closed cycle,so that water temperature is reduced by 10~15℃,meeting the process requirement.After comissioning and start-up,cooling water flow reaches 200m3/h,CO2 emission is reduced by 12 000t/a,steam recovered by 69 120t/a,and water saved by 1 400 000m3/a.The energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.
