In order to solve the problems of construction difficulty and long construction period of water cooling wall of waste incinerator,the effects of different kinds of dispersant,retarder and flocculant on spraying performance of silicon carbide wet spraying product were studied.The experimental results show that: (1) When the addition of phosphate dispersant is 0.15% or the addition of polycarboxylic dispersant is 0.05%,between 60%~80%,the addition of dispersant is more suitable; (2) Spray paint with phosphate dispersant,when the addition of retarder is 0.015%,self\|flowing values of two hours remain at around 60%,which can meet the pumping time requirements.2# dispersant has a good retarding effect,the pumping time requirement can be satisfied without adding retarder; (3) Three kinds of flocculants used in this experiment all have flocculation effect on phosphate dispersant,the flocculation time varies due to the differences of acidity and alkalinity; However,the flocculation effect of 2# dispersant is not obvious.Above all,the spraying coating with 0.15% 1# dispersant and 0.015% retarder,when adding 0.2% flocculant A,it has appropriate pump time(more than 2 hours),and the flocculation time (ti=4 s),the retention plastic time (tm≈10 min) and the hardening time (ty≈3.7 h) can meet the spraying construction requirements.

Radiation heat transfer is the most important heat transfer form between flue gas and lime in lime rotary kiln.Based on the theoretical study of heat exchange of lime, the main factors affecting the radiation capacity of lime rotary kiln are analyzed.On this basis,the key factors to improve the heat exchange capacity of low calorific value gas are studied,and the process system of lime rotary kiln is improved.After analysis and calculation,the radiation heat transfer capacity of the improved process system is greatly improved,which can meet the needs of lime production.

This paper introduces the quantitative analysis of mineral phase in Sialon-bonded corundum brick by X-ray diffraction (XRD) method,and points out that the molecular formula of Sialon-bonded phase is Si3Al3O3N5,and obverses the crystal and morphology of Sialon-bonded phase with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS).The results show that the contents of mineral phases in Sialon-bonded phase,silicon carbide and  corundum phases in Sialon-bonded corundum brick is quantitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction method,which are consistent with the results of DIFK laboratory in Europe and completely meet the requirements,indicating that X-ray diffraction method can be used for quantitative analysis of mineral phases in Sialon-bonded corundum brick.

In steel pipe factory,there is the appearance of a  large area of flame  on the roof of heating furnace during production,mostly in the longitudinal and horizontal expansion joints,and individually around some anchor bricks.The above phenomenon is particularly serious in the soaking zone of the furnace roof,which can bring about serious impact on the safe operation and normal production.This paper studies and analyzes the flame of the heating furnace roof,finds the causes and formulates the corrective and preventive measures,and obtains good results.

In order to reduce the raw material cost of tundish coating, the effect of 1~3 mm forsterite particles partly replacing magnesia particles on the properties of tundish coating was studied by using forsterite particles as aggregate.The results showd that the coating prepared with 10% forsterite particles (1 ~3 mm) instead of magnesia particles is more suitable as a substitute for magnesia coating in tundish.The strength of the samples with 5% waste magnesia-chrome brick particles changed little, and the high-temperature properties decreased.

In order to save money and meet the performance requirements of calcined coal powder used in newly-built lime rotary kiln,the old coal vertical mill static classifier was upgraded to a dynamic classifier.The results show that the production capacity and product fineness of the reformed coal vertical mill can meet the production requirements,which provides a reference for similar enterprises to save the cost through the improvement to the old equipment.
