The characteristics of two energy conservation coal gas production technologies that can completely eliminate pollution and the sixth generation TGS gas calorific lime vertical kiln are systematically described,and the main technical and economic indexes of the kiln type and the market promotion and application are introduced.The newly built and put into operation of the 2×600 t/d lime kiln production line of Hunan Liangang Metallurgical Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. is the latest result of the successful application of the sixth generation TGS gas burning lime kiln technology,and is currently the first 600 t/d gas burning lime kiln using pure blast furnace gas in China.After it was put into operation,the operating conditions were good.In the short term,it has achieved the full production standard and the environmental protection has reached the ultra-low emission standard,which provides a good choice for upgrading the coal mixed lime kiln.

By testing the physical and chemincal properties of various tundish slide plates and tracking the service lifes of different slide plates in high oxygen steel,the micro structures and XRD patters of the residual zirconium oxide ring bricks in two tundish slide plates were analized.By comparing the physical and chemical properties of the test bricks with the original brick,the cause of abnormal failure of the zirconium oxide ring slide plate was studied and the damage mechanism was analyzed.

The ejector system of annular lime kiln was improved to save energy.Under the principle of high wind pressure and strong wind speed,the driving wind system was improved to achieve higher ejector pressure and better siphonic effect with the same wind column diameter.The technical improvment broke the traditional cognition that two driving fans must be started to produce at full load,and realized that a single fan could meet the full load production,thus reducing the power consumption and fuel consumption and increasing the output of quicklime.

Ten water-bonded large-area repair materials for converter were prepared with fused magnesia as main raw material,adding α-Al2O3 micro powder,titanium dioxide,bonding agent,burning aid,retarding agent and water reducing agent.The effects of the add category and addition amount on the flow value of water-bonded large-area repair material,bonding strength and medium-hot modulus of rupture were studied.The results show that 6# material has the best comprehensive performance,high strength and long service life,and can be sintered rapidly.
