Abstract: This paper briefly describes the problems in the production and commissioning process of double chamber kiln，such as process calculation，frequent leakage of pulverized coal pipe， unstable kiln quality，air leakage of kiln body reversing valve，etc. analyzes the causes，and puts forward improvement measures to solve. After the improvement，the product quality has been greatly improved.
