Abstract: The lime rotary kiln production line has the advantages of large output，uniform product quality，high activity and high utilization rate of raw materials．However，compared with shaft kiln，the production heat consumption is on the high side．Therefore，while maintaining its many advantages，further reducing the heat consumption is an important direction in optimization and improvement of rotary kiln lime technology and equipment．This article introduces the method of heat consumption of lime calcination system in rotary kiln by optimizing the calcination technology and structure of vertical preheater，rotary kiln and vertical cooler．
