Abstract: Combined with the burning down of supporting arch of double-bore kiln, the steel frame supporting mould was used for repairing. Compared with the removal and relaying of double-bore kiln, the repair time is greatly shortened and the repair cost is saved about 5.6 million yuan. The supporting arch has been put into operation for more than one year after restoration, but it has not been found that the refractory in the kiln has fallen off, the pressure in the kiln and the energy consumption of the product have been reduced obviously.
