This paper briefly describes the production process of fired magnesium calcium brick，and introduces the points for attention in drying,molding and firing,ect..It aslo expounds the causes of waste products,such as big and small head cracks,hydration corner cracks,cold cracks in the firing process and the corresponding adjustment measures,so as to realize the improvement of the qualified rate of the products and the improvement of the performance indexes.
