Abstract

Abstract:

In this paper,the characteristics and application in the production of silicon nitride materials are introduced,the latest research development about the characteristics and preparation of silicon nitride micro powder are reviewed.Moreover,the research work of silicon nitride micro-nano powder has been paid special attention.The current research ideas of silicon nitride micro-nano powders are analyzed and summarized,and the future development trends are prospected.
