This paper analyzes a series of problems found in the overhaul process of Liugang’s Maerz kiln,such as the agglomerating in kiln wall,the burning loss of the refractory bricks at the back of the suspension cylinder and upper hopper craking above the unloading platform.The corresponding treatment is carried out,which solves the problems in production and operation of the kiln.
