Abstract: This paper introduces the energy-saving and environmental protection design and application effect of TGS lime kiln production line，the hardware configuration and software design of intelligent production of sintered ash，and the debugging and maintenance of the system．TGS lime kiln has achieved remarkable results in reducing the ash consumption per ton steel and energy saving and emission reduction through technological innovation．
