Abstract: This paper introduced that the applicaiton of raw material graded charge technology in TGS lime kiln and Maerz kiln，which successfully cancels the original water washing process of Maerz kiln，solves the water pollution problem，improves the utilization rate of raw materials， improves the furnace condition and increases the output.
