After 40 years of rapid development since the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social development has made historic achievements that attract worldwide attention.However,with the rapid growth of industry,the environmental situation is very grim,and the emissions of various pollutants are still at a very high level,especially in the eastern region,which is close to or exceeds the environmental capacity.The implementation of cleaner production is an inevitable trend in the development of China’s environmental protection work,an inevitable choice to realize the strategy of sustainable economic and social development,and a win-win strategy that takes into account both industrial development and environmental resources protection.
