Abstract:

This paper mainly introduces the projects of Qinghai lime production line and Mongolia’s lime production line with annual outputs of 100 000 tons both，and analyzes the optimization of the raw materials，process flow，equipment selection and installation.After production commissioning of the firing system，the paper analyzes the shaft kiln firing system.Finally，it summarizes the commissioning experience and proposes recommendations on further possible optimization.
