Abstract:

Flow simulation module of Solidworks software was used to numerical simulate on the cold air supply device for kiln crown of double shaft kiln.Through the contrastive analysis on different types of cold air supply devices，the critical factors were obtained which affect the cooling effect and the device structure was optimized and improved to design the optimal structure of cold air supply device.
