Abstract:

This paper introduced the sleeve lime kiln calcination process，the refractory structure and condition of the damage arch brick.Cause of the damaged arch brick  refractory was analyzed through a combination of sleeve lime kiln production process control，limestone raw materials and the refractory characteristics.According to the arch brick damage reasons,the corresponding solutions were proposed.
