Abstract:

This paper analyzed how raw materials,heat loss and power consumption,process control parameters and other factors influence energy consumption of Maerz kiln during metallurgical lime production process and proposed relevant requirements and methods for this control,which contribute to lower energy consumption and better economic returns.
