摘要： 国外某钢铁公司（以下简称 A 公司）配置 120 t 转炉两座，LF 炉一座，165 mm×165 mm 七机七流小方坯连铸机 2 座，四机四流矩形坯连铸机 1 座，LF 精炼比例约 10%，主要产品为 B500B、HRB400、Q195L 和 SS400 系列。本文结合现场应用实践，介绍了 A 钢厂 120t 钢包自动开浇率的影响因素和改善措施等。

Abstract: A foreign steel company（hereinafter referred to as Company A）has been equipped with two 120 t converters and one LF，two 7-strand billet CCM of 165 mm × 165 mm，and one 4-strand rectangular billet CCM. Company A has a LF refining ratio of about 10% and mainly produces B500B series，HRB400 series，Q195L and SS400 products. This paper introduces the influencing factors and improvement measures of improving the automatic casting rate of the 120 t ladle in the Company A based on hands-on experience.
