摘要: 南钢双D石灰窑由高焦混合煤气置换成转炉煤气后,在低热值转炉煤气为燃料的条件下,选择适合低热值煅 烧工艺所需的石灰石,针对低热值煤气产生的不利影响,进行了一系列的设备提升和工艺改进,有效地克服了低热值 煤气的弊端,稳定了窑炉生产,提升了双D石灰窑产能。

Abstract: Under the condition of low calorific value converter gas as fuel, the limestone suitable for low calorific value calcination process is selected after high coke mixed gas replaced by converter gas in the double D lime kiln of Nangang. In view of the adverse effects of low calorific value gas, a series of equipment and process improvements are carried out, which effectively overcome the disadvantages of low calorific value gas, stabilize kiln production and increase the production capacity of double D lime kiln.
