摘要:

介绍了热氧化炉燃烧工艺、炉况特点和内衬使用现状。通过对氧化炉耐火内衬的材质和结构进行研发和设计,解决了关键部位过早出现的损毁问题,增强了炉内衬的抗侵蚀性和抗热震剥落性,从而有效提高了炉内衬的使用寿命。

Abstract:

This article introduces the combustion process,furnace condition characteristics and lining state of the thermal oxidation furnace.The development and design on lining materials and structures can resolve the premature damage problems of the key parts and improve the erosion resistance and thermal shock spalling resistance of furnace lining,consequently effectively increase the lining service life.
