摘要： 通过分析钢包水口模具的特性，结合产品的形状和生产工艺，优化水口模具，提高产品使用稳定性和降低产品的生产成本，以达到提高产品竞争力的目的。

Abstract:

By analyzing the characteristics of ladle nozzle mould and combining the shape and production process of the products,the nozzle mould is optimized,the stability of product use is improved and production cost is reduced,which can achieve the purpose of improving product competitiveness.
