摘要:

为研究适用于高炉无水炮泥试样的制备方法,选取了5个炼铁厂不同大型高炉正在使用的无水炮泥作为试验样品。确定了无水炮泥制样前适宜的烘烤温度以及试样制备的成型压力;讨论了无水炮泥高温性能检测之前进行碳化处理的必要性,并通过对比试样在不同温度热处理后的质量损失率、常温抗折强度及体积密度、显气孔率的变化规律,确定了适宜的碳化处理温度、时间和气氛。

Abstract:

Anhydrous tap-hole mix samples were selected from different large blast furnaces of five iron works to investigate the preparation method.The firing temperature before preparation and the moulding pressure for the anhydrous tap-hole mix were determined.The necessity of carbonization before testing the high-temperature performance testing of anhydrous tap-hole mix was discussed.The carbonization temperature,time and atmosphere were determined by analyzing the mass loss rate,flexural strength at room temperature,bulk density and apparent porosity of the samples after heat treatment at different temperatures.
