Al2O3-MgO质机压致密钢包砖的试验研究

摘要:

以刚玉、尖晶石、氧化铝微粉、镁砂为主要原料,以凝胶粉为结合剂,采用机压工艺制造出了不烧Al2O3-MgO质致密钢包砖,并与现有的钢包预制砖进行了对比试验。结果表明:机压不烧致密钢包砖的强度、显气孔率、抗热震性、抗渣侵蚀渗透性、热膨胀性都优于钢包预制砖。可以预测机压不烧致密钢包砖在钢包上的应用效果将更加优异,同时符合节能环保、高效生产的理念,是无碳钢包耐材的发展趋势之一。

Abstract:

Unfired dense Al2O3-MgO bricks for steel ladle were prepared with corundum,spinel,alumina micro powder and magnesia as main raw materials,magnesium aluminate gel as binder.The properties of the brick were studied and compared with the existing steel ladle prefabricated brick.The results show that the mechanical pressed dense brick exhibits superior strength,apparent porosity,thermal shock resistance,erosion resistance and thermal expansion.It can be predicted that the application effect on the steel ladle will be better,which conforms to the concept of energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency,and becoms one of the development trends of carbon-free refractories for steel ladle.
