摘要:

论述了以天然气为燃料的麦尔兹窑在生产优质冶金石灰过程中,煅烧温度、煅烧带、煅烧时间、配风系数、石灰石理化性能、燃料热值等因素对生产优质冶金石灰的影响。本公司在生产过程中针对煅烧温度、助燃风量、冷却风量、煅烧周期、石灰石理化指标等影响石灰品质的因素提出了相应的控制要求,完善并优化了工艺操作,稳定了产品品质,效果显著。

Abstract:

This paper analyses the effects of calcining temperature,calcining zone,calcining time,air distribution coefficient,lime stone physical and chemical properties and fuel value on production of high quality metallurgical lime in Maerz kiln with nature gas as fuel.Our company proposes control requirements and optimizes the process and stables product quality.
