摘要:

氮化硅结合碳化硅砖的生产广泛地采用反应烧结法,即单质硅粉和碳化硅混合后在氮气气氛下烧结生产氮化硅,在生产过程中,成型体积密度对氮化反应和氮化后的砖性能指标有着重要的影响。本文主要研究了成型体积密度对氮化硅结合碳化硅砖的物理性能、化学成分以及抗电解质侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:试样物理性能和抗电解质侵蚀性能随体积密度的增加而升高,而试样中氮化硅含量则呈现下降趋势。

Abstract:

Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick production widely uses the reaction sintering method,namely the elemental silicon powder mixed with silicon carbide sintered under nitrogen atmosphere and the production of silicon nitride.In the production process,the forming bulk density has an important influence on the nitridation reaction and the properties of the brick.This paper mainly studies the influence of forming bulk density on physical properties,chemical composition and electrolyte erosion resistance of Si3N4 bonded silicon carbide bricks.The results show that the physical properties and electrolyte erosion resistance of the samples improve with the increase of bulk density,while the content of Si3N4 in the samples decreases.
