摘要/Abstract

摘要： 《镁质耐火材料工业大气污染物排放标准》（DB21/3011-2018）是辽宁省第一个强制性大气污染物排放标准，也是该行业首个强制性排放标准。本文介绍标准编制的背景及依据，解析标准执行时段、排放限值等相关要求，便于镁质耐火材料企业、环保企业、环境主管部门等准确掌握标准的主要技术内容，积极推进标准的贯彻实施。

关键词: 镁质耐火材料, 排放标准, 排放限值

Abstract:

“Emission standard of air pollutants for magnesia refractory industry”(DB21/3011-2018) is the first mandatory air pollutant emission standard in Liaoning province and the first mandatory emission standard in the industry.This paper introduces the background and basis of the standard preparation, and analyzes the standard execution time,emission limits and other relevant provisions,which is convenient for magnesium refractory enterprises,environmental protection enterprise and environmental authorities to accurately grasp the main technical contents of the standard and actively promote the implementation of the standard.
