硅质耐火泥体积变化对焦炉炉体结构的影响

摘要:

通过试验研究了硅质耐火泥在干燥和加热后的永久体积变化,以及在加热过程中的永久体积变化。硅质耐火泥砖缝在焦炉砌体高度上所占的尺寸分数非常低,一般为4%,但其加热过程中的体积变化对整个炉体结构的影响巨大,必须予以关注。随着焦炉大型化趋势的发展,寻找一种更优化的硅质耐火泥配方,降低体积膨胀的不确定性,是今后继续研究的方向。

Abstract:

The permanent volume changes of the siliceous fireclay mortar before,during and after drying are studied by experiments.The siliceous fireclay mortar joint accounts for 4% of overall height of coke oven masonry,and the great influence of the volume change on whole oven  proper structure must be paid attention to.With the development of large-scale coke ovens,looking for optimal formulas for siliceous fireclay mortar will be the research direction,which will reduce the uncertainty of volume expansion in the future.
