硅微粉对莫来石-碳化硅质湿法喷射浇注料性能的影响

摘要:

采用莫来石、碳化硅、板刚玉细粉、氧化铝微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥和硅微粉等原料制备了莫来石-碳化硅质湿法喷射浇注料,研究了硅微粉含量对喷注料流变性能和物理性能的影响。研究结果表明: 硅微粉含量≥4%时,喷注料表现为屈服值和表观黏度都较小的假塑性流体,具有良好的流变性能,适合泵送管道输送;随着硅微粉含量的增加,喷注料的内部结构更致密,常温结合强度也更高,且4%的硅微粉加入量使喷注料的高温结合强度最高。但过多的硅微粉不利于喷注料的高温性能。

Abstract:

Mullite-silicon carbide wet shotcreting castables were prepared by mullite,silicon carbide,corundum fines,alumina powder,CAC,silica powder and so on.The effects of different silica powder additions on rheology and physical performance of shotcreting castables were investigated.The results show that when the silica powder addition is more than 4%,the wet shotcreting castables are pseudoplastic fluid with smaller yield value and apparent viscosity,and have better rheology to be transported.With silica powder increasing,the castables have compact structure and higher cold modulus of rupture.Besides,the castable with 4% silica powder acquires the highest HMOR,which is not favored by more silica powder addition.
