干熄焦炉耐火材料选择及全生命周期成本分析

摘要:

干熄焦炉中斜道区是易损坏部位,该部位常用耐火材料达不到设计使用年限迫使干熄炉停产检修,已经成为制约干熄焦炉发展的重要因素。选用高档新型耐火材料碳化硅制品,能够显著延长易损部位耐火材料寿命。经分析可知,虽然新材料成本较普通耐火材料高,但其使用寿命显著延长,在耐火材料服役的全生命周期之内,综合成本总体能够获得降低。

Abstract:

Inclined dust zone is the most easily damaged part in CDQ chamber.The life of the refractories in this part can not reach the design working life,which results in shut down for overhaul and has become an important factor that hinders the development of CDQ chamber.Using high-grade new type refractory silicon carbide products can significantly prolong the life of refractories in vulnerable parts.Through analysis,it is known that although the cost of the new material is higher than the ordinary refractories,the service life of the new material is significantly extended,and during the whole life cycle of the refractories,the overall cost can be reduced.
