石灰窑副产物制备LJS烧结烟气干法脱硫吸收剂的开发研究

摘要:

采用了钢厂石灰筛下粉、破碎粉、除尘粉和悬浮粉等石灰生产线产生的副产物,通过理化性质分析,采用复配方式,制备出了合适LJS烧结烟气干法脱硫的吸收剂,并进行了TGA、BET和XRF等表征。结果表明:当采用钢厂403-104三期筛下粉复配10%悬浮粉,制备出的吸收剂Ca(OH)2≥60%、比表面积≥19m2·g-1、中位粒径D50≤45μm,而且通过XRF分析吸收剂中Fe2O3≤0.2%、Cl≤0.007%,不存在对设备腐蚀或结垢的风险,可取代普通消石灰应用于LJS烧结烟气干法脱硫,对石灰窑的清洁生产和降低脱硫运行成本具有重要意义。

Abstract:

By-products from different locations of the lime production lines were collected and analyzed.The absorbent suitable for LJS sintering fume dry desulfurization was prepared by compound method using different kinds of by-product samples.According to the characterization of TGA,BET,XRF,etc.,the compound of 90% screening by-product and 10% suspension kiln by-product was qualified to be used as  absorbent for sintering fume.The analysis results showed that absorbent prepared from the above mentioned compound contains more than 60% Ca(OH)2,the BET surface above 19m2·g-1 and D50 below 45μm,Fe2O3 is below 0.2%,Cl is below 0.007%,with little risk for the equipment corrosion and erosion.Using by-products from lime kiln for sintering fume cleaning in the same iron and steel plant is technically feasible with good economy.
