摘要:

分析了目前国内石灰生产现状,阐述了粉石灰悬浮煅烧工艺的技术思路与技术优势。指出在悬浮状态下预热、分解、冷却,热交换效率高;碳酸钙粉状下分解反应速度快,分解程度高;悬浮煅烧炉温度均匀且可控,进一步提高了产品质量的稳定性。采用此工艺,各种粒径的石灰石均可磨制成粉作为原料,提高了优质资源的利用率。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the status of lime production in china and stated the technology ideas and advantages of lime powder suspended calcining process.It pointed out that the heat exchange rate is high when preheating,decomposing and cooling in suspension state;calcium carbonate powder decompose with high rate and high degree; suspension calcinator with uniform and controlled temperature can improve products quality stability.This process increased high quality resource utilization rate,because lime stone with different sizes can be milled into powder as raw material.
