致密氧化锆定径水口的制备及性能研究

摘要:

以粒度为0.044mm和0.002 6mm的单斜氧化锆、粒度为0.149mm和0.074mm的Y2O3部分稳定的电熔氧化锆和超细二次稳定氧化锆为原料,加入Y2O3和CeO2复合稀土添加剂,通过200t油压机以13MPa的压力压制成型,于1 700℃下烧结得到氧化锆定径水口。结果表明:加入0.3%的Y2O3和0.3%的CeO2复合稀土添加剂,同时加入15%的超细二次稳定氧化锆,制得的产品显气孔率较低,体积密度明显提高,抗热震性良好。

Abstract:

The zirconia sizing nozzle was prepared by using raw materials of monoclinic zirconia sized 0.044mm & 0.002 6mm and partially stabilized fused zirconia as well as superfine secondary stability sized 0.149mm & 0.074mm mixed with Y2O3 and CeO2 composite rare earth additives,which was molded by 200t hydraulic machine under the pressure of 13MPa and sintered at 1 700℃.The results show that by adding 0.3% Y2O3 and 0.3% CeO2 composite rare earth additives and 15% superfine secondary stability zirconia,the product properties have some improvements,such as decreased apparent porosity,significantly increased bulk density and better thermal shock resistance.
