木质素磺酸钙加入形式对Si3N4结合SiC制品性能的影响

摘要:

Si3N4结合SiC制品在生产过程中选用木质素磺酸钙作为结合剂,木质素磺酸钙在氮化烧成过程中烧失残留的气孔为氮化烧成提供了有利的条件。目前,木质素磺酸钙加入形式有液体和干粉两种。本文对这两种加入形式对Si3N4结合SiC制品的性能影响进行了研究,结果表明木质素磺酸钙以溶液的形式加入优于以粉状的形式加入。

Abstract:

Calcium lignosulphonate is used as bonding agent in the production process of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide.The pores provide favorable conditions for nitridation firing which are formed by calcium lignosulphonate ignition loss in nitridation firing process.Calcium lignosulphonate is now added in the  forms of liquid and powder.This paper studies the effects of the two forms on the performance of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products, and the result shows that calcium lignosulphonate added in liquid is better than in powder.
