摘要:

利用Solidworks的flow simulation模块对双膛竖窑窑顶掺冷风装置进行数值模拟,通过对不同形式的掺冷风装置的模拟结果进行对比分析,总结出影响掺风冷却效果的关键因素,并对掺冷风装置的结构进行优化改进,得出最优的掺风冷却结构形式。

Abstract:

Flow simulation module of Solidworks software was used to numerical simulate on the cold air supply device for kiln crown of double shaft kiln.Through the contrastive analysis on different types of cold air supply devices,the critical factors were obtained which affect the cooling effect and the device structure was optimized and improved to design the optimal structure of cold air supply device.
