摘要:

回转窑耐材的使用寿命严重制约着回转窑系统的正常生产,成为煅烧石灰生产过程中的一个瓶颈。耐材的合理优化使用不仅降低了生产成本,还防止了事故的发生。本文从砖型结构、材质优化、增大通风截面、锚固钩结构四个方面开展技术攻关,取得明显效果。

Abstract:

The service life of refractory is seriously restrict normal production of rotary kiln,which is the bottleneck of lime production process.The reasonable optimal use of refractory can not only reduce the production cost,but also prevent accidents.This article tackles technical problems from four aspects such as brick structure,raw material,chute cross section and anchor hook structure,which brings remarkable effects.
