摘要:

利用X射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石、青石等含CaO较高的耐火材料,以无水Li2B4O7为试样溶剂,铂金坩埚为模具,溴化铵为脱模剂,在全自动熔样机中把待测试样制成熔融玻璃片。用标准样品建立标准测量程序,可快速得到测量结果,与传统测量方法相比具有快速、准确等优点。

Abstract:

X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis was used to determine the refractories with high CaO content such as limestone and blue stone etc..Samples were made into molten glass sheets by automatic molten prototype with anhydrous Li2B4O7 as solvent, platinum crucible as mold, ammonium bromide as release agent. Standard measurement procedures were set up by using standard samples and the measurement results could be obtained quickly, which were more quickly and accurately than traditional measuring method.
