摘要:

竖式预热器框架是承载整体预热器重量的关键部件,是预热器安全运行的重要保证。在原来框架结构的设计中,由于校核手段单一,为了保证框架的安全性往往造成设计过于保守,浪费大量的材质。本文借助先进的有限元分析手段,对原来设计的框架结构进行优化计算,保证降低结构重量的同时,不降低结构的承载能力,优化了原来的设计。

Abstract:

The frame of vertical pre-heater is a key component carrying the entire weight of the pre-heater and guarantees its safe operation.But due to insufficient checking in the process of original design,it caused a large waste of material to ensure safety.By means of finite element analysis,this paper optimized the original frame structure and reduced the total weight without reducing the bearing capacity of the structure.
