摘要:

以电熔镁砂、高纯镁砂、锆英石粉为主要原料,制备了低蠕变高抗蚀性镁质复合材料。将其应用于玻璃窑蓄热室,效果良好。锆质原料的引入,提高了制品的烧结性能,降低了气孔率,使得高温蠕变和抗侵蚀性得以提高。其内部耐侵蚀相的形成也增加了高温结合强度,从而进一步提高了抗侵蚀性。

Abstract:

The low-creep,high anti-abrasion magnesium composite is mainly made of fused magnesia,high purity magnesia and zircon,which is applied at glassmaking furnace regenerator and turns out to be well performed.By adding with zirconium material,the composite is of higher sintering property,lower porosity and higher creep and abrasion resistance.And the formation of inner anti-abrasion phase contributes to high bonding strength under high temperature and better abrasion resistance.
