气烧石灰回转窑结圈的原因分析及处理方法

摘要:

石横特钢气烧石灰回转窑的结圈周期大概在半年左右,为了降低企业成本,提高产品质量,对形成结圈的原因进行了分析。发现结圈的主要原因如下:焦炉煤气与转炉煤气中的夹杂物含有能够与CaO形成低熔氧化物的化学成分;原料夹杂泥土;喂料速率不当。针对这些原因的形成,提出了一些处理方法,如原料质量的检测与管理的增强,燃气在使用前进行处理,优化操作工艺等。

Abstract:

The ringing period of gas-burning lime rotary kiln is about half a year,this paper analyzed the causes of ringing formation to reduce cost and improve product quality.The reasons of ringing were as follows,firstly inclusions in coke oven gas and converter gas probably contained some chemical compositions which could form low melting point oxides with CaO,secondly raw materials contained clay,thirdly feeding rate was improper.For the reasons above,some solving methods were put forward,such as strengthening inspection and management of raw materials,treating fuel gas before use and optimizing operation process and so and.
