摘要:

介绍了石灰回转窑筒体辐射热利用技术方案,通过设计集热罩的方法来回收石灰回转窑筒体的散热,并设计石灰生产厂区采暖、洗浴、余热发电等余热利用手段。通过对该设计的回收热量和投资成本的核算,指出该项目投资回收期短,回报效益高,适合普遍推广应用。

Abstract:

For radiation heat untilization of lime rotary kiln tube, this paper introduces a technical program of recycling radiation heat by designing gathering heat cover and  waste heat untilization methods of heating,bathing and power generation in lime production area. Based on the calculation of recycle heat  and investment cost,it is found that the project is suitable for promotion and application with the advantages of short  payback  period and high return benefit.
