连铸钢包自动开浇与引流砂的关系

摘要:

针对连铸钢包自动开浇与引流砂的关系,从引流砂的加入状态、引流砂的材质、性能以及钢包的运行状态几个方面进行了深入的分析。分析结果表明,钢包自开率与引流砂的加入量多少、引流砂的材质、颗粒形状及粒度、引流砂的导热性及热膨胀系数、抗钢液渗透性以及钢包形态、运行周转时间及钢水搅拌形式有关。针对不同的钢包使用环境,需要选择不同类型的引流砂以达到最优的使用效果。

Abstract:

This paper studies on the relationship between ladle filler sand and the ladle self-starting pouring.Deeply analyzes from quality,property,adding status of ladle filler sand,and operating status of ladle.The analysis result shows the ratio of ladle self-starting pouring relates to the quality,particle shape & size,thermal conductivity,coefficient of thermal expansion,molten steel penetration resistance of ladle filler sand, status and operation cycling time of ladle,stirred mode of molten steel.We need to choose different type of ladle filler sand based on different ladle application environment.
