摘要:

炼钢生产对石灰粒度有一定的要求,因此在选择石灰石矿山时,必须对原料的采集地进行相关的实验。针对目前冶金行业内没有一套有效的石灰粉化率测定方法的问题,通过对石灰在回转窑内粉化机理分析,制定出一套模拟回转窑石灰粉化率实验室测定的方法。该试验方法不需要制备大量实验原料,实验设备简单。通过和生产实际对比后发现,实验数据和生产实际非常接近,具备推广应用价值。

Abstract:

Steelmaking production has certain requirements for limestone particle size, and some correlative experiments need to be done to choose the appropriate limestone mines for raw materials.At present, there is no valid experiment method for the measurement of lime pulverization rate.Based on the analysis of pulverization mechanism of lime in rotary kiln, a simulation method for the measurement of lime rotary kiln pulverization rate in laboratory is determined.This method does not need to prepare a lot of experimental raw materials and just need simple equipment, and the experimental data is close to actual production data, which is worth popularization and application.
