摘要:

涟钢冶金材料科技有限公司现有麦尔兹窑400t·d-1、450t·d-1各一座, 600t·d-1两座。其中2#窑和3#窑由于耐火砖筑砖不规范引起连接通道处耐火材料掉落严重,甚至有烧穿窑壳的现象。前期较简单的在原有拱形处采用吊模的方案较好解决了掉砖较轻的2#窑的问题,但是,3#窑采用同样方案修补后两个月内再次出现烧穿现象,因此需要寻找一个更完整的方案快速修补。

Abstract:

Metallurgical materials technology company of lianyuan steel have four Maerz kilns (400t·d-1,450t·d-1,and two 600t·d-1 kilns).Refractory bricks caused by non\|standard connection channel refractory drop seriously in kiln No.2 and kiln No.3,there are even burn through the phenomenon of kiln shell.Through the early stage of the relatively simple in the original upper arch add castable solutions to drop the lighter brick of kiln No.3,but the kiln No.3 burned through phenomenon again two months later,so you need to find a complete repair of rapid repair.
